Has it been difficult? Oh yeah! Nonetheless, I had my mind set. I connected Emmy heat, soul and mind to improve my health. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, iron deficiency, i was borderline to becoming diabetic, had depression, anxiety and the worse: two big cancer scares which reminded me the value of health and especially if life. My children have been an essential part of this change, they’ve been behind me 100% with their encouragement and prayers. They have always been into health, nutrition and exercise but Cynthia Cynlizfit, as a personal trainer, designed a special food and exercise plan for me to not only keep the weight off but to adopt a healthier lifestyle. I’m posting this because I was encouraged to do so as it might inspire others. Believe me, it all starts with believing and loving yourself! I still have several lbs to lose and i know I’ll get to my goal becauseGod gave me a body to take care of and that’s exactly what I’ll do.
